Jiangyou Qimingxing Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise invested by Lier Chemical Co., Ltd., Jiangyou Huaxing Electric Power Co., Ltd., Mianyang Chuangli Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Huajiao Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. It is located in Longfeng Town, Jiangyou City, 19km apart from Jiangyou and Mianyang, and 8km away from Science City Exit of Mianyang-Guangyaun Expressway. The Company enjoys strategic geographic position and convenient transportation conditions, covering an area of 100,000 square meters, and having more than 180 employees, the registered capital of RMB 85 million, and the existing fixed assets of RMB 120 million. It is a scale chemical production enterprise in Longfeng Town, as well as the only one chlor-alkali chemical production enterprise in Mianyang City.

The Company is an enterprise to produce basic chemical raw materials mainly including sodium hydroxide for industrial use and its series products. With the current domestic and international advanced zero-polar-distance ion-exchange membrane electrolysis technology, the Company can annually produce 20,000 tons of caustic soda. Its caustic soda liquid, liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid and other products are widely used in paper making, printing and dyeing, metallurgy, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. It also has obtained the food additives production qualification to produce caustic soda and hydrochloric acid which are widely used by China Resources Beer (Holdings) Company Limited, COFCO Corporation and other enterprises.

Over the past few years, through the unified testing, supervised testing, and regular testing of national quality and technical supervision departments at all levels, the testing pass rate of all products of the Company is up to 100%. The industrial synthetic hydrochloric acid produced by the Company complies with the requirements of high-quality products in the GB320-2006, and the industrial sodium hydroxide complies with the requirements of Grade 1 product in the GB209-2006. Sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid meet the production standard of food additives and have obtained corresponding production license of food additives, and they are used by China Resources Beer (Holdings) Company Limited and other food companies. In addition, caustic soda liquid, hydrochloric acid and other similar products of the Company are identified as inspection-free product by Changhong Electric Co., Ltd.

Passing through the certification of "quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system", the Company has been rated as Safety Standardization Level 2 Enterprise and Demonstration Enterprise of USA Dow Chemical Co. Over the past few years, all works of the Company have been approved by the government departments at all levels, and the Company has won "Safe and Civilized Enterprise", "Demonstration Company of Peace and Security", "Advanced Company of Safe Production", "Advanced Company of Environmental Protection", "Advanced Company of Quality Management", and other honorary titles.
